We are looking for a Traveling Sheet Metal Duct Foreman with extensive experience in Duct work and Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Working across multiple job sites managing duct subs 
• Supervise and coordinate activities of craft personnel engaged in the fabrication, installation, and repair of duct work/sheet metal products & material.
• Manage a crew, assign tasks to each employee of your crew, communicate all safety issues, and oversee as well as enforce all safety regulations and proceedures to insure safe work is being performed.
• Pre-task risk assessment discussions as well as Post-task.
• Reading blue prints and planning work accordingly to meet project's production expectations.
• Communicate with other supervisors and management when planning work, performing work, and completing work.

Qualifications

• Must be open to full time travel 
• Must have Supervision experience 
• Must be able to pass an observed drug screen and background check 
• Must have previous duct work experience
