Bechtel is delivering three LNG Projects in the US Gulf Coast- Corpus Christi Liquefaction, Port Arthur LNG and Rio Grande LNG. Currently under construction, Port Arthur LNG is a natural gas liquefaction and export terminal that includes two natural gas liquefaction trains capable of producing up to 13.5 million tons per annum.

We are seeking a candidate who can observe load hook-ups and determine the safety of loads. The successful applicant will manipulate crane controls to regulate the speed and direction of crane and hoist movements according to written, verbal, or signal instructions. The role will include cleaning and maintaining the crane and hoisting mechanism, as well as inspecting the crane for defective parts and notifying the supervisor of any defects or malfunctions.
You will be responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. Additionally, you may assist in lifting, positioning, and securing materials and workpieces during installation. Performing minor maintenance or cleaning activities of tools and equipment will also be part of your duties.
Safely operating the crane, hoist mechanism, tools, and materials is essential. You will assist in the assembly and disassembly of cranes and plan and coordinate crane movement and set-up. Adherence to all safety procedures is mandatory.
Candidates must have NCCER and/or NCCCO assessments for applicable crane operation and typically require a minimum of 48 months of industrial construction experience.
