Boilermakers

Job Summary

With our Fall/2025 outage season fast approaching, we are seeking skilled Boilermakers to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working inside/on industrial boilers as well as be able to meet the physical demands, technical skills and safety requirements of this job. This role is a member of the HBBW Field Service division, meaning that this is a travel based position, servicing emergency outages and scheduled shutdowns. 

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Making, installing, and repairing boilers, 

• Reading blueprints, casting pieces and bending,

• Welding and bolting pieces together,

• Testing boilers & performing routine maintenance, 

• Assisting welders & rigging, 

• Working with a variety of tools and use rigging, 

• Working during forced outages/emergencies, (day or night shift) 

• Fabricating and assembling metal structures, 

• Reading and interpreting diagrams, sketches, blueprints, 

• Performing jobs safely while adhering to all safety guidelines, 

• Demonstrating professionalism, 

Skills

• Experience working inside/on industrial boilers.
