We are actively seeking experienced Journeyman Industrial Electricians for a large-scale data center construction project in Vineland, NJ. This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile, mission-critical facility where quality, productivity, and safety are paramount.

This is not residential or light commercial work. We are looking for electricians with experience in industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, power distribution systems, mission-critical environments, data centers, and large-scale commercial construction.
Position Overview
As a Journeyman Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation of electrical systems supporting a state-of-the-art data center environment. This role requires electricians who can work independently, read and interpret construction documents, maintain a high level of craftsmanship, and thrive in a fast-paced industrial construction setting.
This position is scheduled for a consistent 60-hour workweek (Monday–Saturday) with long-term project stability and substantial overtime earnings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduit Installation

Install, cut, bend, thread, and secure EMT and Rigid conduit

Perform accurate conduit bending using:
-
Install conduit ranging from ¾" through 4" and larger
-
Layout and install conduit systems in accordance with drawings and specifications
Cable Tray & Busway Systems
-
Install and support cable tray and basket tray systems ranging from 12" to 48"

Install bus duct and busway systems
-
Maintain proper spacing, support methods, and installation standards
Wire Pulling & Terminations
-
Pull conductors ranging from control wiring through large feeder cables
-
Experience working with wire sizes from 18AWG through 500 kcmil and larger

Perform:

Power terminations
-
Control terminations
-
Equipment terminations
-
Panel terminations
-
Utilize proper cable management and pulling techniques
Power Distribution

Install and terminate switchgear, panels, transformers, disconnects, and distribution equipment

Understand electrical distribution systems and critical power infrastructure

Follow manufacturer specifications and project quality requirements

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of industrial or heavy commercial electrical experience

Journeyman-level electrical knowledge and field experience
-
Strong conduit bending and installation skills

Experience with cable tray systems and large cable pulls

Experience with power and control terminations
-
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices

Reliable transportation

Must provide and maintain personal hand tools

Compensation & Benefits
Pay
$26.00 – $34.00 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, industrial background, data center experience, technical skill level, and overall qualifications. We will pay top dollar for the right candidate.
