NOW HIRING STRUCTURAL IRONWORKERS – GOOGLE PROJECT (TX)
We are currently seeking experienced Structural Ironworkers for a project at a Google facility in Texas.
Pay: $28–$34/hour (based on experience)
Per Diem: $700/week ($100/day) Schedule: Currently expected 6x10s with potential for 7 days/week depending on project needs Location: Texas
Scope of Work:• Bolt-up structural members following blueprints and supervisor instructions • Ability to weld 3G and 4G • Rig structural steel members to hoist cables using chains or cables • Hoist steel beams, girders, and columns into place using cranes or signal operators • Install angle and bent plate, weld clips, joists, tube steel or angle kickers • Install safety cable and safety posts • Shake out and spread joists and long spans • Structural steel assembly including plumbing steel, installing deck • Install and weld steel stairs, handrails, and guardrails • Field fabrication or assembly of metal parts (frames, columns, beams, girders) • Install components such as sealing strips, wiring, insulation, ladders, flanges, gauges, and valves depending on the structure
Requirements:
*OSHA 10 or 30 REQUIRED ****• Proven structural ironwork experience • Must be able to pass site background check • Ability to read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions • 3G/4G welding capability preferred
