Project Manager - Process and Utility Piping

ARMI Contractor is hiring Project Manager for process equipment and installation projects. Pay is salary and DOE. 

Responsibilities 

• Plans all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs.  
• Ensure all necessary regulations and permits are obtained.  
• Attend and participate in onsite bid meetings as needed.  
• Order materials, tools, equipment, and labor.  
• Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.  
• Writes and submits punch lists.  
• Track change orders, submit RFIs. 
• Use Project Management software to update schedules, track progress and document project progression. 
• Use Procore software to document all project activity.  
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.  
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth execution of projects. 

 Requirements 

• Minimum of 3-5 years in Project Management of Process and Utility Piping Systems  
• Business degree preferred and/or applicable industry experience.  
• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks, preferred.   
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.  
• Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.  
• Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed. 
• 45 to 55 hours per work week in office and on project site.  
• Thrives in fast paced environment and can adapt to changing customer needs. 
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
