Pay: $70–$75/hour
Per Diem: $130/day (for travelers 60+ miles from job site)
Schedule: 50–60+ hours per week
Job Scope:
Seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent for a large-scale industrial manufacturing facility project in Austin, TX. This role will oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes, ensuring quality, safety, and production goals are met on a fast-paced, high-profile build.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate MEP trades across multiple phases of construction
- Manage daily field operations, scheduling, and manpower
- Ensure compliance with project specs, codes, and safety standards
- Work closely with project management, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays
- Drive productivity while maintaining quality control
