Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Rigger to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and repairing rigging at various industrial plant sites. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely set up and operate hoists, pulleys, and other rigging equipment.
• Determine the appropriate rigging equipment and methods based on the load's size, shape, and weight.
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe rigging operations.
• Comply with all safety regulations and procedures at all times.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial rigging.
• Knowledge of rigging equipment, safety protocols, and lifting techniques.
• Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid rigging certification is a plus.
