Job Title: General Laborer – Roofing Crew

Location: Dover, Delaware

Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our roofing crew for a project in Delaware. This is an outdoor position requiring physical labor in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to take direction from onsite supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with roofing tear-offs and installations

• Load and unload materials

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Support skilled tradespeople as needed

• Perform other general labor tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and drug test (pre-employment and random)

• Must have tools. at least Hammer, Utility Knife and Tape Measure

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and punctuality

• Experience with drywall is a plus

• Local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation:
Prevailing wage $30.50. Per diem available for eligible non-local workers.
