NSC Skilled Trades is seeking Stick & Flux core Welders in West Virginia

Location: Apple Grove, WV

Start: 3/17

8+ months

$30 & $100 PD

60 hours a week (Monday-Saturday 10 hour shifts) Morning/day shift

**10 panel drug test & Hair Follicle test on site**

Weld test specs : 1" plate with full backing bar and full penetration in 3G, 4G positions.

Stick and Flux Core welding
Heavy structure steel, ductwork, supports, guides and hangers (no pipe work). Experince working on mills preferred.
Must be comfortable working from 300+ feet. Will be working out of man lifts.
Bolt, clamp and tack weld parts to secure in postion for welding.
Physical demands- must be able to lift in excess of 100 pounds frequently on the job and climb in excess of 300 feeet. Must be able to pull own weight when climbing steel bracing or ladders. Frequent amounts of bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.
