Position: Mechanical Conveyor Superintendent

Mechanical Conveyor Superintendent Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage conveyor installations from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
- Supervise a team of 50+ mechanics and provide leadership and support.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with other trades for smooth project workflow.
- Maintain project documentation and provide updates to relevant parties.
Mechanical Conveyor Superintendent Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of conveyor installation experience (must be listed on your resume).
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience (Foreman or Superintendent).
- Experience supervising a team of 50+ installers on at least one project.
- Experience working at FedEx, UPS, or Amazon facilities is required.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must have PPE and basic hand tools.
Mechanical Conveyor Superintendent Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $35-$45/hr, based on experience.
- Up to $50/hr for candidates with 20+ years' experience, who have supervised 100+ installers, and have managed budgets (references required).
- Per diem: $100+/day, based on location.
- 60 hours/wk during installs
- Weekly pay.
