We are EXPANDING in Chicago/Suburbs of IL and searching for a Recruiting Assistant will screen, qualify and schedule interviews for our growing construction business. Help qualify and place highly skilled Electricians on jobs in the Chicagoland area. We work directly with companies to fulfill their project needs.
Our successful Recruiting/Staffing Assistant likely has one of these two profiles….
A) You have minimum 2 years recruiting experience; a background in the construction industry (preferred but not critical) and are committed to evaluating and hiring quality
B) You are a former Crew Leader in one of the MEP trades but I ready to hang up your tool belt. This role allows you to stay in the Construction field and use your knowledge to help qualify and hire Electricians.
We are highly respected in our industry as having the safest and most reliable workforce. The primary focus will be to keep delivering on that reputation.
Recruiting, Evaluating, Assessing, Scheduling interviews for Electricians for the Chicagoland area
Working closely with the PM to understand the needs for our clients and customers
Computer Entry of Employees & Work Orders
- On-boarding and processing new employees and their paperwork
It is extremely important the successful candidate possesses the following skills.
Ability to interview, screen and select top talent with a high sense of urgency
Ability to explain expectations and provide assistance in a professional and respectable manner
Have an understanding using Microsoft Word & Excel, Internet, and Email (Outlook)
Ability to deliver excellent customer service by talking with Field Employees on the phone and face-to-face to fully understand their needs and then delivering on those needs
