Description

We are a leading millwright company with over 8 years of expertise in the industry. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency, we are seeking an experienced precision millwright to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

The precision millwright will be responsible for installing, assembling, maintaining, and upgrading machinery and equipment. This role involves working with various industrial equipment, including compressors, pumps, and rotating machinery, while also conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair stationary and rotating industrial machinery, including compressors, pumps, and mechanical equipment.

- Disassemble, assess, and reassemble components, conducting necessary repairs and tests.

- Install and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, perform alignments, and repair gearboxes and bearings.

- Perform basic motor and instrumentation troubleshooting and repairs.

- Utilize diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot and detect malfunctions in agitators, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company regulations.

 

Candidate Profile:

 

- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a millwright.

- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and other industrial diagrams.

- Experience with a broad range of rotating equipment and industrial piping systems (steam, gas, air, water, etc.).

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a level-headed manner.

- Strong technical aptitude, analytical ability, problem-solving capabilities, and process analysis skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently within a team-focused work environment.

- Familiarity with precision tools such as lasers, optics, and alignment equipment.

- Proficiency in using and reading measuring devices like micrometers and calipers to within thousandths of an inch.

- Willingness to travel 100%, full time.
