Current Opportunity: Concrete Finishers in North Carolina

We're currently hiring skilled Concrete Finishers for a project at Lopez-Dorada Foods in North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to join a strong crew, gain steady work, and advance your career with Gleeson. The Superintendent is looking for experienced individuals to build his dedicated travel crew.

Starting wages range from $28 to $32 per hour! Prior experience is required!

Working Monday-Saturday- Per Diem paid 6 days. ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT!! PLENTY OF WORK! 

General Responsibilities:

• Place and finish poured concrete foundations and flatwork, including floors, sidewalks, roads, and curbs
• Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, and gutters; patch voids; and use saws to cut expansion joints
• Perform related carpentry work as needed to ensure high-quality concrete finishes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete finishing and related carpentry work
• Strong understanding of concrete techniques, methods of installation, and construction practices
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively in a team environment
• Good physical condition and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Pre-employment, post-offer drug screening and physical required
