Pay & Benefits:

Location: Pascagoula, MS
Schedule: Monday through Friday (some weekends as needed)
Job Overview:
As a 1st Class Structural Welder, you will perform high-quality welding on structural steel components aboard Navy and commercial vessels. You will work from blueprints and welding procedures to join, repair, and fabricate critical structures. Precision, safety, and consistency are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and procedure specifications

Perform structural welding using SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, or other required welding processes

Inspect and ensure weld quality meets project standards and specifications

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols

Work in confined spaces, at heights, and under various environmental conditions
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a structural welder in a shipyard or heavy industrial setting

Valid welding certifications and demonstrated ability in required welding processes

Ability to read and understand welding procedures and blueprints

Must pass a hands-on welding qualification test

Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and in demanding physical environments
