Job Description

Brief description of work required:	Key Responsibilities: •Lead safety initiatives across project sites, working directly with Project Managers and Superintendents •Implement and monitor comprehensive safety programs ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations •Conduct safety training, risk assessments, and regular site inspections •Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions •Review and approve subcontractor safety plans •Develop site-specific emergency response procedures •Take decisive action in situations posing immediate safety risks Required Qualifications: •5 years of industrial construction safety experience •Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1926/1910 and MSHA Part 48/56 regulations •Valid driver's license with clean record •Excellent communication and leadership skills •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision •Physical capability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds •Willingness to travel regularly within the western region Preferred Qualifications: •OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification, or •OSHA Construction Outreach Trainer certification •MSHA Part 48 Approved Instructor (Blue Card) •Experience in mining or heavy civil construction
Pay Rate:	$29-$36 DOE
Per Diem Rate:	$110
Per diem days paid per week:	7
Work Hours per Week:	50
Duration:	2-3 months with potential for longer duration
