Industrial Top Electrician Helpers - Per Diem

Hope Power & Industrial Inc. is a specialty manpower resource provider to contractors, industrial facilities and power generation plants. Our customer has an immediate need for candidates with the following skills and experience as an industrial electrician for plant projects in Canton, NC.

• Experienced Industrial electrical foreman, journeyman electricians, top electrical helpers to work upcoming paper mill projects. Expected start date immediately. Per Diem for qualified travelers.

Industrial electrical construction foreman, electricians, top helpers needed. for paper plant project in Canton, NC. Candidates must be able to read and accurately interpret electrical construction drawings, schematics, run conduit and cable tray, pull wiring and cables, panel terminations, controls and instrumentation a plus. Experience in switch gear installation, medium and high voltage power supply is needed. Must be competent to perform all phases of installation, maintenance, trouble shoot system, repair and inspect electrical and instrumentation and control systems for upgrade facilities. Ability to understand control schematics and equipment installation instructions and wiring diagrams for basic equipment. Foreman and Electricians should have good math skills, as they will need to take measurements and work with numbers.

- Qualifications:

Must have at least 5 years of industrial electrical construction experience as electrician working with limited supervision.

• Experience in fast paced deadline oriented shutdown work.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be willing to work in a paper mill environment
• Extensive knowledge in the installation and testing of electrical systems found in an industrial manufacturing facility.
• Competent in panel terminations.
• Switch gear upgrades - (Low - med - high) voltage cable and terminations.
• Be able to install conduit, pull wire and cable as needed to facilitate various electrical systems.
• Be able to read blue prints
• Must be dependable, punctual and have all electrical trade hand tools
• Must provide and maintain personal hand tools per company policy.
• Must have own dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and background check..

Hope Power & Industrial Inc. is an EEOP with multiple trade assignments on projects throughout the southeast US. All assignments are contingent on customer schedules and modifications.
