Electrical Foreman - Industrial - Per Diem

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking all level Electricians for an immediate start in Spark, NV!!

• PAY: $38-40/hr
• HOURS: 50 Plus
• START DATE: ASAP

Duties

• Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
• Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow on the construction site.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical documents.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for quality control purposes.
• Experience in pipeline projects is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
