Job Description

360X Staffing is hiring Solar Electricians for a paid training program leading to project-based work as Solar & Storage Technicians on utility-scale solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects.

 
Training: 1-week paid online/classroom program (flexible pace). Upon completion, you’ll be eligible for technician assignments across Texas and New Mexico.

Pay: $25-35/hr DOE + $128 daily per diem for days worked

 

Responsibilities:

  • Commission PV and BESS systems
  • Perform electrical/SCADA testing and troubleshooting
  • Execute cold/hot commissioning and system startup
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings
  • Complete QA/QC and safety documentation
  • Work closely with OEMs, engineers, and site teams

 

Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years in solar/electrical/BESS work
  • OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E, and arc-rated FR gear
  • Able to travel extensively and work in the field
  • Strong electrical knowledge and testing tool experience

 

Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
