General Laborer – Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support daily operations at our shop and yard. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of hands-on tasks to help keep our facilities organized, clean, and efficient.

General Laborer Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

General Laborer Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

General Laborer Compensation & Benefits
