HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics – Paducah, KY
CCS does not offer on-the-job training. If you have zero experience, please do not apply.

Must have experience installing and hanging ductwork, wrapping and sealing, reading prints, and using all hand and power tools. Applicants should be team players, show up consistently, and be drug free on the job site. If you cannot commit to a full 40-hour workweek, this job is not for you.

Lodging and Per Diem may be offered for the right experienced candidates traveling in for work.

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking highly skilled HVAC Duct Installers for a long-term commercial project in Paducah, KY. You’ll be working on a professional crew with clear expectations and support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 4 years of commercial HVAC sheet metal experience

  • Ability to read and interpret prints

  • Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces

  • Skilled in cutting, measuring, and installing duct

  • Familiar with sealants, hangers, and safety protocols

  • OSHA 10 is a plus (we’ll pay for it if you need it)
