Recruiters at Enscicon have unlimited earning potential including a base salary plus commission; with the opportunity to earn commission off of both your Sales and Recruiting efforts. Average first year earnings are around $77,000 and average second year earnings are around $110,000 with continued growth year after year.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle Recruiting to include sourcing, networking, resume review, phone and F2F interviews, make offers, negotiate, and close deals
- Continually build and sustain a high quality candidate pipeline of active and passive Technical talent
- Cold calling and candidate development from research sources, databases, and internet tools
- Engage in detailed reference check process for each candidate
- Promoting and selling our recruiting services to prospective clients
- Negotiating, problem-solving, and selling to get the job done
- Partner with hiring managers and other Recruiters to understand and support client hiring needs as well as counsel them on the recruiting process and market activity
- Develops sales leads from all candidate and client interactions and conduct follow up sales calls to develop new business opportunities
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous agency recruiting experience, preferably in Heavy Industries: O&G, Power Generation, Construction, Transportation Infrastructure, etc.
- Strong in sourcing skills as well as the ability to assess candidate backgrounds to present short lists that have a high conversion rate of interview to hire
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to hold yourself accountable to your commitments
- Excellent communication skills reflecting an ability to counsel, advise, negotiate, and close
- Flexible mentality with a knack for managing ambiguity and change
- Team-player with a positive attitude and the desire to celebrate other successes
- Interest in the Oil & Gas, Power, Renewables, Mining, Transportation Infrastructure, Water, Wastewater, and Environmental industries
