We are seeking a Business Development Leader to take the lead in client growth, strategic pursuits, and relationship management across our core markets. This is an ideal role for a high-energy, confident communicator who thrives on building partnerships and closing big deals.

?? What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business opportunities in the manufacturing, distribution, industrial, and data center markets.
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with senior-level contacts at top-tier national general contractors.
  • Lead proposal strategy, client presentations, and contract negotiations with professionalism and impact.
  • Partner closely with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to deliver aligned, winning proposals.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and in client-facing engagements.
  • Monitor market trends, track project pipelines, and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting.

? What You Bring

  • A natural connector and closer with a strong ID DISC profile (confident, persuasive, proactive).
  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or client relationship roles in construction, engineering, or industrial services.
  • Proven record of winning complex projects and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable in boardrooms and on job sites.
  • Able to navigate long sales cycles and multifaceted projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for growth, performance, and delivering measurable impact.
