This position is ideal for a hands-on, well-rounded technician who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable leading by example. You'll split your time between general facility maintenance (40%) and managing small construction projects (60%) such as office builds, conference room upgrades, drywall, framing, and more.

Perform general repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

Lead and execute small construction jobs: ceiling tile replacement, concrete pads, framing, drywall, minor remodeling

Troubleshoot and maintain facility systems including air compressors, chilled water systems, and basic electrical

Work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision

Coordinate with leadership on scheduling, materials, and timelines

Support occasional weekend work and extended hours when needed

5+ years of facilities maintenance or construction experience

Hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, framing, drywall, and general repairs

Demonstrated ability to run small construction projects independently

Strong leadership skills—comfortable being the go-to person on-site

Ability to work early shifts (5 AM start), flexible for overtime/weekends

Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, or similar high-demand environments a plus
