CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Frame Carpenters for a prevailing wage rebuild project at the beautiful Tahquamenon Falls State Park in Paradise, Michigan!

Applicants with zero experience—please do not apply. CCS does not offer on-the-job training.

Join a contractor rebuilding one of the most scenic locations in the Upper Peninsula! We're looking for top-frame carpenters with proven experience on long-term outdoor projects. If you can't commit to 40+ hour weeks, work well with a team, and remain drug-free on-site—please do not apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Framing and rebuilding wooden boardwalks in a state park setting

• Working with treated lumber and composite decking materials

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans

• Safely using power tools and hand tools

• Working outdoors in varying conditions
