PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring for Electrical Superintendents for various locations in the Midwest and Southeast Regions for long-term, multi-family and hotel construction projects. This is a leadership role to oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and timeline management. Requirements:
- 3 years minimum of Hospitality experience either as an installer or lead,
- 4 years minimum of superintendent experience
- Local with desire to travel for future projects
- Must be able to lead a crew of 8-10 workers
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
The hourly rate for this position is $48/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
