BAS INSTALLATION FOREMAN - $65/HOUR, PER DIEM OFFERED!

Automation Controls/HVAC Installation Foreman – Helena, MT
Pay: $45–$65/hr + $125/day per diem (7 days)
Schedule: Mon–Thurs 4/10s in the field; partial Fridays in office
Hours: 40–48/week

Trillium Construction is hiring a Foreman to lead Building Automation System (BAS) installations across commercial new builds and retrofits. This role combines fieldwork and office coordination to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec.

Key Duties:

• Lead HVAC control/BAS installations

• Coordinate schedules, materials, and teams

• Resolve field issues and track progress

• Supervise and mentor installers

• Ensure safety, code compliance, and quality

• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and subcontractors

• Maintain site inventory and labor planning

Requirements:

• 5+ years in BAS/HVAC controls; 2+ years in leadership

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical plans

• Strong knowledge of systems (Tridium, Siemens, JCI, etc.)

• OSHA 30 and BAS certs preferred

• Travel within MT (Helena, Bozeman, Billings, etc.)
