Detail Foreman – Structural Steel (Data Center Project) Location: Jeffersonville, OH Start Date: Early April Schedule: 58+ hours/week | 6 days/week Per Diem: $120/day (7 days paid)10-13 week project
We are seeking an experienced Detail Foreman to lead and coordinate detail crews on a large data center project in Jeffersonville, OH. This position is responsible for overseeing bolt-up, plumbing, racking, and welding activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to drawings and specifications.
Supervise and direct detail crews (bolt-up, plumb/rack, welding)
Read and interpret structural drawings and erection plans
Coordinate daily work activities with the Superintendent and Raising Gang
Ensure alignment, bolt tensioning, plumbing, and welding meet quality standards
Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite
Maintain productivity and ensure project deadlines are met
Communicate effectively with field leadership and other trades
Proven experience as a Detail Foreman or Lead Detailer in structural steel erection
Strong knowledge of bolt-up procedures, plumbing/racking, and field welding
Experience on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects preferred
Ability to manage crews and maintain production goals
Willingness to work 60+ hours per week
