Job Responsibilities
The scope of work involves cutting the belt into a specified pattern. Layers will be peeled back, and bonding agents will be applied. A vulcanizing press, which is a type of heat press, will be utilized to clamp and heat the joint. The process requires approximately sixty minutes per press.
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $28 to $30
- Per Diem: $50 per day; single room provided; applicable for paid days worked, contingent upon completion of all scheduled hours
- Travel Compensation: $600 upon completion
Overtime Policy
Overtime will be compensated for hours exceeding eight per day.
