Vertical and horizontal turning. Mostly CNC, but some manual. They may be able to cover the manual machines internally, but we should see if anyone has that experience. CNC Milling, Grinding, and combinations. Multi-skilled machinists would be required. |

No programming is required, but if they have the experience, it would be useful. They do all their own setups and changeovers. They will be sending a machine list. They also do some inspection (Visual checks, gages, go/no-go, measurements). |

In the rotating parts area they are producing parts with very tight tolerances (he said they have knife blade edges). Tolerances in the thousandths. |
