Position Summary:
We are seeking a Heavy-skilled Assembly Technician to join our seat manufacturing team. This role focuses on assembling axels, working on an assembly line making break pads.
Detail-oriented and safety-focused assembly line worker with hands-on experience in manufacturing heavy-duty truck axles. Skilled in working in fast-paced environments, following standardized procedures, and contributing to high-quality production outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble truck axle components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.

Perform quality checks and inspections at each stage of the assembly process.

Operate hoists, presses, torque wrenches, and other mechanical equipment to align and secure axle components.

Maintain clean and organized workstations to promote safety and efficiency.

Identify and report any defects, part shortages, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and improve workflow.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:

Experience in automotive or industrial assembly preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools.

Willingness to work overtime or on different shifts as needed.
