NCW is actively hiring experienced Safety Professionals for a project in Waco, TX. We are seeking safety-focused individuals with strong field presence and leadership skills to support ongoing construction operations. Immediate start available! Position Title: Safety Professional (CHST Required)
Location: Waco, TX
Pay: $55/hr
Per Diem: $100/day (days worked)
Schedule: 40–60 HRS | Project-based / Long-term
Employment Type: Contract

Requirements:

• CHST Certification (Construction Health & Safety Technician) – Required
• 5+ years of construction safety experience 
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations
• Experience conducting site audits, safety meetings, and incident investigations
• Ability to enforce safety policies and procedures on active jobsites
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must pass drug screening and background check
• Reliable transportation
