This position is to develop relationships with existing clients while also developing new clients for Loenbro. Our business has predominantly been focused on the Oil & Gas market with a desire to also expand to other markets such as mining, power, microchip processing, distribution centers, food processing, and agribusiness. We need a skilled Business Developer to acquire and manage new client relationships in a seller/doer model. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial electrical and instrumentation construction sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, opening dialogue regarding capital projects & long-term nested positions, and working closely with senior management to close deals. Once the deals are closed, consistent follow-up with clients is a critical task that must be maintained. We will rely on you to develop a strategic business development plan. Travel throughout the Southwestern United States is required for this position. This position will be based in one of our offices in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
