Description Summary of Position:

The Aerial Lineman for the construction and maintenance of coax and fiber optic communications cabling.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set poles and place anchors
  • Transfer phone lines
  • Lash and over lash cable
  • Read construction prints
Essential Education and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months' verifiable experience
  • Class A Driver's License (CDL) or willing to obtain
  • Good understanding of construction
Physical Demands:

  • Work in all weather conditions
  • A lot of manual labor
  • Climbing poles
  • Lift up to 80 pounds
Pay Scale - $23 - $35
