Description

Repair, replace, install and maintain all electrical and mechanical components associated with the generator stator and rotor windings including:
Remove and install retaining rings with induction heating
Remove, clean, and install field coils
Rewedge the Generator Stator
Repair the End Windings
Stator bar replacement
Clean, red-eye, and paint
High Voltage Bushing and Standoff Bushing replacement
Core Iron repair/replacement
Installation of 2-piece clips
Assist the Generator Specialist or Lead Winder with testing and inspection scopes
