Combo Pipe Welder

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate select correct welding equipment and regulate current, wire flow rate.
• Prepare surfaces, set-up welding equipment.
• Position pieces to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, or guides.
• Perform all positions of welding on Carbon and Stainless Steel pipe.

Experience:

• Must be an experienced Stick and TIG Pipe welder on multiple sizes of pipe.
• Working experience using blueprints or technical diagrams.
• Experience planning and layout of welding sequence.

Requirements:

• Able to regulate current and voltage or gas and wire flow rate.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Have tools of the trades to include shield, apron, gloves, chipping hammer, brush etc.
