We are currently seeking Superintendent / Foreman with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

PRIMANY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDES:

  • Renewable Energy services work, including but not limited to:
    • Operating equipment (Dozer, Excavator, Chippers, Horizontal Grinders, etc.)
    • Grading Cut/ Fill
    • Trimble equipment GPS
    • Aggregate Spreading
    • Restoration & Erosion control activities
    • Securing loads for travel
    • Inspect and service truck/equipment, maintaining a neat, clean and keeping equipment in good working order
  • Oil and Gas pipeline services work, including but not limited to:
    • Operating equipment (skid steers, tractors, Jarraffs, excavators, Dozers, etc.)
    • Clearing-Trimming of ROW vegetation
    • Restoration & Erosion control activities
    • Securing loads for travel
    • Inspect and service truck/equipment, maintaining a neat, clean and keeping equipment in good working order
  • Daily/weekly crew & management, project, risk assessment, JSA, and safety meetings
  • Crew & site management
  • Read and interpret site & production plans, line maps, schedules, and scopes of work
  • Pipeline Excavation
  • Pipeline Rehabilitation (Coating)
  • Maintenance & submission of daily timecards, production, equipment, materials, load counts, and job reporting as needed  
  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients, landowners, contractors, and other associates

 

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Extensive Travel is a required.
  • Must be able to wear all required PPE assigned and adjusted as necessary to meet the needs of the project.
  • Basic technology skills, such as a cellular phone or tablet device for photo and data uploads, sending and receiving GPS points, and working with Google Earth KMZ files
  • Must have leadership & critical thinking skills, initiative and an ability to change direction as needed
  • Must be punctual, be prepared for the day and a strong desire to guide & work hard, to deliver the high standards we have strived to give our customers.
  • Must be flexible with job duties to meet various tasks
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of securing a load for safe travel (i.e., tie-downs, chains, pinch points)
  • Must be able to read, write and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information
  • Must have effective problem solving and communication skills
  • Must maintain a professional relationship with clients, landowners, and other associates
  • Ability to work in all climates and exposure to nature
