Job Title: Millwright
Location: Travel required between Cleveland, OH and Warren, MI
Start Date: Within 1–2 weeks
Compensation: Per diem or company-covered travel, food, and lodging available
Project Overview:
We’re hiring an experienced Millwright to support a 5–7 week project involving the disassembly, transport, and reassembly of large industrial machinery. This role requires flexibility and travel between Super Steel in Warren, Michigan and our Cleveland, Ohio facility.
Millwright Responsibilities:
- Disassemble large equipment on-site in Warren, MI
- Maintain clear organization of components for accurate reassembly
- Transport parts and assist with reassembly at Cleveland facility and back in Michigan
- Work safely with standard PPE and follow all safety protocols
- Maintain and return all company-provided tools daily
- Communicate with site leads to ensure alignment on work sequencing and logistics
Millwright Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with large industrial equipment
- Ability to work safely with PPE (hard hat, steel toe boots, gloves, safety glasses)
- Willingness to travel between Ohio and Michigan weekly
- Strong organizational skills and mechanical aptitude
- Welding experience is a plus (bring own helmet if applicable)
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and physical work environments
Millwright Compensation/Benefits
- $28-$35/hr BOE
- Per diem when traveling
