360X Staffing is hiring for Licensed Electricians in El Dorado, AR.
Pay: $48/hr + $120 daily per diem for days worked
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This role involves performing electrical maintenance tasks in commercial and industrial environments while ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and components

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure optimal performance

Carry out routine checks, cleaning, and servicing during the shutdown period

Identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions

Work in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

Assist in basic instrumentation tasks where required

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of shutdown activities

Proven experience in electrical maintenance (industrial or plant environment preferred)

Journeyman Electrician license from Arkansas (or reciprocal state)

Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety practices

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

Instrumentation knowledge or experience is an advantage

Ability to work efficiently under tight shutdown schedules

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Licenses from the following reciprocal states accepted:
Alaska, Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Working Hours: 50+ hours per week
