Job Title: Welder/Fitter Millwright (Industrial Equipment Repair & Fabrication)
Location: Based in Cleveland, OH with regional travel (primarily M-Th or M-F)
About the Role: We are hiring a skilled Welder/Fitter Millwright with strong mechanical aptitude and a preference for candidates with millwright experience. This hands-on role involves welding, fabricating, disassembling, and repairing large industrial machinery both in our shop and on-site at client facilities. Projects range from local repair jobs to regional work in neighboring states. Weekend work is rare but possible.
Welder/Fitter Millwright Key Responsibilities:
- Perform flat welding on steel using 70-18 mild steel wire
- Work with materials such as Ar400 and manganese
- Fabricate and assemble custom industrial components
- Disassemble and repair large mechanical systems
- Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Travel to client sites for on-site repair and installation projects
Welder/Fitter Millwright Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MIG and stick welding (flat position required)
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Willingness to travel regionally with overnight stays (typically weekdays)
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Welder/Fitter Millwright Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a millwright or in mechanical repair
- Versatility in welding positions and processes

- $28-$32/hr BOE
