ProTech LLC is currently seeking experienced traveling Blow Mold Service Technicians to join our team. You will repair, rebuild, and process blow molders. This is a role that requires extensive knowledge and technicial expertise. Reciprocitaing screw experience preferred.
Duties:
- Perform mold installation, neck and tooling changes
- Process equipment to meet customer specification
- Repair / Rebuild blow molding machines and other support equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Provide training and other technicial support as needed
- Follow safety protocol
- Complete service and expense reports
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge
- Hydraulic troubleshooting
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Processing
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Extended travel to different customer job sites as required
- Valid driver’s license
