Job Description
Alliance Mechanical Solutions (AMS) is seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our shipyard operations. The ideal candidate will have strong shipyard welding experience and be proficient in structural welding using flux-core welding and ceramic tape. Candidates must be able to successfully complete all required testing and meet shipyard access requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of shipyard welding experience.
• Must successfully pass a hands-on weld test:
  • 2G
  • 3G
  • 4G
  • Ceramic Tape
  • Flux-Core
• Must successfully pass required clinic testing, including:
  • Drug screening
  • Physical examination
  • Respirator fit test
  • Any additional testing required by the shipyard
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• TWIC card required.
• Resume required for consideration.
• Must be able to work safely in a shipyard environment and meet all applicable shipyard requirements
