Master Electrician

360X Staffing is hiring for a Licensed Master Electrician in New Town, ND.

Pay: $50 - 65/hr (DOE) + $170 daily per diem for days worked

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and licensed Master Electrician to support ongoing industrial and energy sector projects. This role requires a strong understanding of high-voltage systems, power distribution, and industrial electrical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading electrical crews, ensuring code compliance, and delivering safe, high-quality installations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical teams on industrial job sites

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, motors, and control panels

• Interpret and execute electrical blueprints and schematics

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC and local codes

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades

• Pull permits and maintain required documentation

• Uphold strict safety protocols in high-risk environments

Requirements:

• Valid Master Electrician license in North Dakota

• 5+ years of industrial or energy-sector electrical experience

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices

• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively

• Experience with switchgear, PLCs, motor controls, and industrial wiring

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• OSHA 30 certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on power plants, refineries, substations, or renewable energy projects

• NFPA 70E training

Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Working Hours: 50+ hours per week
