Tradesmen International is seeking experienced Atlanta Welders interested in travel work to join our team. If you are a Journeyman Welder with at least 2 years of welding experience this is your chance to advance your career!

Travel work is located in Portland, OR, 3-6 month duration, working 6 10 hour days, per diem is $100 on days worked, currently accepting welders of all experience levels (pay varies). Must be able to pass a 2G test on-site. If you're able to pass 3G/4G tests on-site your pay will increase.
Weld test - FCAW (dual shield flux) process welding. 1/16" (.0625) wire w/backing strip on 1/2" carbon steel plate in horizontal 2G, Vertical up 3G, Overhead 4G – three test coupons - welding will begin in the rail car division and then transition into marine work welding on tug boats.? Testing will be conducted each Monday and Wednesday at 7am - orientation will be the following day if weld test is passed.
Must pass background, Respirator Fit: 3M 7500 series, drug test, physical (see below) and must be clean shaven.
Fitness test: Able to lift 60 lbs, push and pull 60 lbs of force, and must be able to climb up and down ladders.

2 years of experience with Stick, Mig, Tig, Flux Core welding
Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation
High standard of integrity and professionalism
Drug free at all times
