Mechanical Foreman

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Lead projects from a technical and managerial perspective
• Manage client relations and enhance customer satisfaction
• Supervision of craftsmen in the field
• Oversee timecards for crew members
• Scheduling projects and crews
• Complete required forms/documents for MSI and customers
• Participate in safety training and daily safety activities
• Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time and mentor/develop team members
• Responsible for assuring work is completed in a professional manner while meeting the customers’ needs within budget and on time
• Create field sketches that adequately illustrate equipment and/or associated piping
• Ability to read and understand P&IDs, Blueprints, and weld symbols
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 years as a Foreman
• Ability to follow complex instructions and work effectively under pressure and meet established deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Strong interpersonal communication and team-oriented skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
• Weld test required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pre-Employment drug screening required
• DOT Physical is required
