Quality Labor Management (QLM) has a client hiring experienced Liscensed Jorneyman Plumbers with commercial Experience. The Plumber must have valid experience and the correct tools to complete assigned tasks.
A Journeyman Plumber is under general supervision, maintain the flow and drainage of water, air, and other gases by assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures districtwide. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems in district facilities
Additional Details:
- Pay rate: $42 per hour
- Per Diem: Yes - $120 per day / days worked
- Specific Tools required: Tools per trade
- Duration: Based on assigned projects
Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
- Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties
- Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
- Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems
- Answer calls for plumbing issues from general contractors
- Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains
- Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections
- Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects and building code recommendations
- Good communication skills (English required) with ability to work as a team
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, including adhering to safety requirements
