Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Adkore has a need for an HVAC Service Technician in the Raleigh area. This is a permanent hire opportunity with a local established Mechanical Contractor so no per diem is available. Excellent pay and benefits.
Service Technician candidates should have 3 years of experience with some commercial experience preferred.Prefer candidates with working knowledge of package units, split systems, RTUs, etc. Refrigeration techs with Supermarket/Grocery experience with walk-in/freezers/coolers may be considered as well. Chiller and boiler experience is a plus.Job skills performed by Service Technicians will include, but are not limited to:*Accurately Diagnose and Repair Problems on HVAC Equipment*Communicate Solutions to the customer*Perform maintenance on equipment.*Solder/weld/braze and perform minor field fabrication.This position requires the following:*Must have hands-on HVAC experience (light commercial included)*EPA certification required*Must be able technically savvy, able to operate smart phone and tablet*Must be adaptable, versatile and able to diagnose new equipment*Excellent customer service skills and communication skills*Good Electrical and Mechanical diagnostic skills*Clean MVR , background check and drug screen is required
