?Safety of employees should be considered your number one priority every day.
?Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management on construction projects.
?Position reports to Site work or Industrial Division Manager.
?Site work or Industrial Division Manager sets the working hours.
?This position is classified as salaried. 
?CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification is required. 
?Successful pre-employment background check and all military bases is required.
?Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and site specific projects is required.
?Participation in and support of Drug/Alcohol Free workplace.
?10-Year DMV Report required for driving company vehicles and insurance guidelines.
?TWIC card for special projects is required.

Support and comply with company Health, Safety, and Environmental Program, Drug/Alcohol Free Workplace, and Harassment Free Work Environment Program.
Understand and enforce safe work practices and personal protective equipment required for employees.
Set yourself as an example for workplace safety.
Perform regular project safety inspections to insure a safe work environment.
Ensure that all accidents and incidents are reported to Safety Manager and Division Manager, regardless of how minor, as soon as possible and assist in investigation.
Ensure that Superintendents have accessible, clean & organized work sites to Ensure all employees receive weekly safety training, properly document and turned in to Safety Manager.
Ensure all employees are authorized and/or certified as a competent person to perform their job.

?Budget Management
Manage profitability of projects (includes loss mitigation).
Maintain updated and accurate job cost reports; forecasts costs to completion.
Thorough knowledge of project contracts, plans, specifications, and budgets.
Maintain full knowledge of scope of work.
Communicates bi-weekly set-up, budget, and job cost reports to Superintendents and Foremen.
Hold Superintendents and Foremen accountable for project set-up and budget.
Closely monitors daily production and labor/equipment costs.
Recognizes scope changes, gets approval and documentation.
Estimates change orders, assists/communicates with Estimating Dept.

?Project Planning and Coordination
Work with engineers, owners, or sub-contractors to accomplish tasks.
Plan project work with Division Manager.
Schedule project work with Division Manager.
Attend weekly superintendents meetings.
Maintain accurate and up to date “as built” drawings.
Manage quality of work on project.
Manage project field problems.

?Schedule Management
Plans projects well (In house pre-cons, pre-mobilization meetings, etc.)
Plan activities in advance and uses 2-week L.A schedules.
Ensure projects completed on or ahead of schedule.
Manage and drive schedule and monthly billings.
Creates uses and updates biweekly schedules in Primavera.
Effective management of Superintendent to ensure that there is adequate manpower to do the job.
Effective management of subcontractors and materials.

Estimates Change Orders
Assists/communicates well with Estimating Department.

?Labor Management
Supervise Superintendent's to accomplish daily tasks.
Evaluate performance of Superintendents.
Assume responsibility and maintain productivity of Superintendents.
