HVAC Technician – Commercial/Industrial
Seeking experienced HVAC Technicians for a major data center construction project. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers significant overtime, with 60–72-hour workweeks.
Responsibilities:
Install packaged HVAC equipment and split systems.
Perform mechanical installation and fit-up.
Support equipment startup, commissioning, and turnover.
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
Read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Requirements:
Hands-on commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
Experience installing and supporting packaged units and split systems.
Strong mechanical installation and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read mechanical and electrical documentation.
Ability to work 60–72 hours per week.
Preferred: Experience with data centers, large commercial systems, manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities.
