Weld pipe components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using GTAW, SMAW, or other welding techniques

Interpret and work from blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding symbols

Perform visual and quality inspections on welds to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes

Cut, bevel, and prep pipe using saws, torches, or grinders as needed

Align and secure pipe sections for welding using clamps, braces, and tack welds

Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations

Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines

Complete daily job reports or timecards as required

Proven experience as a Pipe Welder in industrial, shipyard, or commercial settings

Proficient in TIG, Stick, or other relevant welding methods

Ability to pass weld tests per project specifications

Must pass a drug screen ([e.g., hair follicle or 10-panel]) and background check
-
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols

Must be able to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying environmental conditions

Own basic hand tools and PPE (if required)

Reliable transportation to and from the job site
